The people of Noah rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you have no fear of God? 106 Verily I am unto you an apostle trusted. 107 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds: 109 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. 113 I am not going to drive away any believers. 114 I am naught but a warner manifest. 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 He said: my Lord! verily my people have belied me. 117 therefore, judge decisively between me and them; and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 and then We caused those who stayed behind to drown. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
