Those who do not believe, say: "When we and our fathers have turned to dust, how shall we be raised again? 67 We were promised this before, and so were our fathers. It is but the fictitious story of the ancients' 68 Say, "Travel through the land and see how terrible was the end of the criminal ones". 69 But do not grieve over them, and neither be distressed by the false arguments which they devise [against Gods messages]. 70 They ask, "When the Day of Judgment will come, if it is true at all?" 71 Say, "It may be that a part of what you would hasten on is close behind you." 72 Surely, your Lord is bountiful to the people; yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 Verily your Lord knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they reveal. 74 And there is nothing concealed within the heaven and the earth except that it is in a clear Register. 75 This Quran explains to the children of Israel much of what they differ over, 76 It is a guidance and grace for those who believe. 77 Indeed your Lord judges between them with His command; and He is the Almighty, the All Knowing. 78 Trust in God for you follow the manifest truth. 79 You cannot make the dead to listen, or the deaf to hear the call, when they have turned their backs, 80 Nor can you lead the blind out of their error, you can only make to hear those who believe in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), and who have submitted (themselves to Allah in Islam as Muslims). 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
