3/4 Hizb 41
< random >
۞ It is Allah Who created you in a state of weakness; then after weakness He gave you strength, then after strength He made you weak and old. He creates what He pleases. He is All-Knowing, All-Powerful. 54 On the Day the Last Hour arrives, the evil-doers will swear they have not even tarried for an hour, they have always been deluded, 55 And those who have been vouchsafed knowledge and belief will say: assuredly ye have tarried according to the decree of Allah until the Day of Upraising; so this is the Day of Upraising, but ye were wont not to know. 56 So on that Day their pleas shall be of no avail, nor will they be allowed to make amends. 57 AND, INDEED, We have propounded unto men all kinds of parables in this Qur'an. But thus it is: if thou approach them with any [such] message, those who are bent on denying the truth are sure to say: "You are but making false claims!" 58 This is how Allah sets seal upon the hearts of the ignorant. 59 So have patience. The promise of God is surely true; and let not those who do not believe make you relax (your endeavours). 60
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Romans (Al-Room). Sent down in Mecca after The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq) before The Spider (Al-Ankaboot)

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
