Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Ya'. Sin. 1 By the Wise Koran, 2 thou art truly among the Envoys 3 and that you follow the right path. 4 This is a revelation sent down from the Majestic and All-merciful 5 so that you may warn a people who are unaware because their fathers were not warned. 6 The sentence is surely justified against most of them, for they do not believe. 7 We have bound their necks with fetters up to their chin, so that their heads are raised and cannot be lowered. 8 And We have set a wall before them and a wall behind them, and covered the top – so they are unable to see anything. 9 Whether you warn them or not, they will not believe. 10 Thou only warnest him who follows the Remembrance and who fears the All-merciful in the Unseen; so give him the good tidings of forgiveness and a generous wage. 11 Surely, it is We who revive the dead and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; We have counted everything in a Clear Book. 12
