Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
YA SIN. 1 and the Quran, the Book of wisdom, 2 You (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) are indeed one of the Noble Messengers. 3 On a Straight Way. 4 This is a revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful. 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned and so they are unaware. 6 The Word has been realised against most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 Verily! We have put on their necks iron collars reaching to chins, so that their heads are forced up. 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up so that they cannot see. 9 And it is alike unto them, whether thou warnest them or warnest them not; they shall not believe. 10 You warn only him who follows the advice and fears the Most Gracious without seeing; therefore give him glad tidings of forgiveness and an honourable reward. 11 Surely, it is We who revive the dead and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; We have counted everything in a Clear Book. 12
