The trumpet will be blown and, at once, they will rise up from their graves, and hasten to their Lord. 51 (nervously) exclaiming. “Alas for us! Who roused us out of our sleeping-place?” “This is what the Merciful One had promised, and what (His) Messengers had said was true.” 52 It will be but one blast, and they will all be brought before Us together. 53 No soul will be in the least bit wronged on that Day and no one will receive any recompense other than what he deserves for his deeds. 54 Lo! those who merit paradise this day are happily employed, 55 They and their wives, in pleasant shade, on thrones reclining; 56 [only] delight will there be for them, and theirs shall be all that they could ask for: 57 'Peace!' -- such is the greeting, from a Lord All-compassionate. 58 'Now keep yourselves apart, you sinners, upon this day! 59 ۞ Children of Adam, did We not command you not to worship satan. He was your sworn enemy. 60 And that you should serve Me; this is the right way. 61 "But he did lead astray a great multitude of you. Did ye not, then, understand? 62 This is Hell which you were promised! 63 Burn in it on account of your disbelieving. 64 We shall seal your mouths on that Day, let your hands speak to us and your feet testify to what you had achieved. 65 NOW HAD IT BEEN Our will [that men should not be able to discern between right and wrong,] We could surely have deprived them of their sight, so that they would stray forever from the [right] way: for how could they have had insight [into what is true]? 66 And if We willed, We could have deformed them, [paralyzing them] in their places so they would not be able to proceed, nor could they return. 67
