The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By those [angels] lined up in rows 1 And those who drive away (the wicked) with reproof 2 and those who recite the Exhortation; 3 Lo! thy Lord is surely One; 4 Lord of the heavens and of the earth and all between them, and Lord of every point at the rising of the sun! 5 Lo! We have adorned the lowest heaven with an ornament, the planets; 6 and have protected it from every rebellious satan. 7 they listen not to the High Council, for they are pelted from every side, 8 Repulsed, for they are under a perpetual penalty, 9 except such as snatches a fragment, and he is pursued by a piercing flame. 10 Then ask them (i.e. these polytheists, O Muhammad SAW): "Are they stronger as creation, or those (others like the heavens and the earth and the mountains, etc.) whom We have created?" Verily, We created them of a sticky clay. 11 (Muhammad), you will be surprised that they still mock (God's revelations). 12 They pay no attention when they are reminded 13 and, when they see a sign, would scoff; 14 And say: "This is only magic. 15 When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then, forsooth, be raised (again)? 16 "And also our fathers of old?" 17 Say: "Yea, indeed - and most abject will you then be!" 18 There will only be a single jerk, and they will gape, 19 They will say, "Woe to us!" (They will be told), "This is the day of receiving recompense". 20 “Yes, this is the Day of Final Decision that you used to deny as a lie.” 21
