And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
