The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Woe to every backbiter, slanderer 1 Who pileth up wealth and layeth it by, 2 He bethinketh that his wealth shall abide for him. 3 By no means! He shall surely be cast into the Crushing Fire. 4 What shall let you know what the Crusher is? 5 It is the fire of Allah, [eternally] fueled, 6 Which rises above the hearts. 7 it closes in on them from every side 8 in extended columns. 9

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
