And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
