And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers, who perform good deeds totally for Allah's sake only - see V. 2:112). 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
