We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
