Tell them, (O Prophet): “I am nothing but a warner. There is no deity but Allah, the One, the Supreme, 65 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Almighty, the All-Forgiving!" 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 from which you are turning away. 68 I had no knowledge of the Exalted Assembly when they argued [against the creation of man]: 69 This alone is revealed to me, that I am only a clear warner.' 70 When your Lord said to the angels: “Verily I am creating a human being from clay. 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down before him in prostration!" 72 The angels fell down prostrate, every one, 73 Except Iblees; he was arrogant and became among the disbelievers. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis! What prevents thee from prostrating thyself to one whom I have created with my hands? Art thou haughty? Or art thou one of the high (and mighty) ones?" 75 Satan replied, "I am better than him. You created me from fire, but You created him from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 And verily My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Requital, 78 Said [Iblis]: "Then, O my Sustainer, grant me a respite till the Day when all shall be raised from the dead!" 79 The Lord said, "You will only be given a respite 80 till the Day of the known time' 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 except those among them who are Your sincere worshipers' 83 Said Allah, “So this is the truth; and I speak only the truth.” – 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 Say: "I do not ask any compensation of you for it, nor am I a specious pretender. 86 This is nothing else but a reminder to all the worlds, 87 "And you shall certainly know the truth of it after a while. 88
