Say, [Prophet], "I am only a warner. There is no god but God, the One, the All-Powerful, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, all-mighty, all-forgiving." 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 (And) you are turning aside from it: 68 “What did I know of the heavenly world, when the angels had disputed.” 69 Naught is revealed to me save that I am a plain warner. 70 When your Lord said to the angels: 'I am creating a human from clay, 71 Then when I have formed him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down before him prostrate. 72 The angels prostrated themselves, all of them. 73 Except Iblees; he was arrogant and became among the disbelievers. 74 Said He, 'Iblis, what prevented thee to bow thyself before that I created with My own hands? Hast thou waxed proud, or art thou of the lofty ones?' 75 He said: I am better than he; Thou hast created me of fire, and him Thou didst create of dust. 76 (God) said: "Then go hence, ostracised. 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 But Satan said, "My Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection," 79 He said: “You are of those who have been granted respite 80 Till the appointed day." 81 Said he, 'Now, by Thy glory, I shall pervert them all together, 82 "Except Your chosen slaves amongst them (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism)." 83 He said: The Truth is, and the Truth I speak, 84 I shall assuredly fill Gehenna with thee, and with whosoever of them follows thee, all together.' 85 SAY [O Prophet]: "No reward whatever do I ask of you for this [message]; and I am not one of those who claim to be what they are not. 86 “It is not but an advice for the entire world.” 87 and you shall surely know its tiding after a while.' 88
