Is he whose chest Allah has expanded to Islam, so that he walks upon a light from his Lord (as those whose heart is sealed)? But woe to those whose hearts are hardened against the Remembrance of Allah! Those are in clear error. 22 Allah has sent down the best statement: a consistent Book wherein is reiteration. The skins shiver therefrom of those who fear their Lord; then their skins and their hearts relax at the remembrance of Allah. That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whom He wills. And one whom Allah leaves astray - for him there is no guide. 23 Can he who will have to shield himself against the torment of the Day of Resurrection (be the same as one at peace)? The evil-doers will be told: "So taste what you earned." 24 Their predecessors gave the lie to the Truth and then chastisement came upon them from whence they could not imagine. 25 Allah let them taste degradation in this present life, but the punishment of the Everlasting Life shall be greater if they but knew. 26 Indeed, We have struck of every manner of parable for mankind in this Koran in order that they will remember. 27 a Quran in Arabic, free from any ambiguity -- so that people may be mindful. 28 Allah puts forth a similitude: a (slave) man belonging to many partners (like those who worship others along with Allah) disputing with one another, and a (slave) man belonging entirely to one master, (like those who worship Allah Alone). Are those two equal in comparison? All the praises and thanks be to Allah! But most of them know not. 29 Truly thou wilt die (one day), and truly they (too) will die (one day). 30 Then, on the Day of Judgment, all of you will present your disputes before your Lord. 31
