It is God who has given you the night in which to rest and the day in which to see. God is truly bountiful to people, but most people do not give thanks. 61 That is Allah, your Lord, Creator of all things; there is no deity except Him, so how are you deluded? 62 Even so perverted are they who deny the signs of God. 63 Allah, it is He Who has made for you the earth as a dwelling place and the sky as a canopy, and has given you shape and made your shapes good (looking) and has provided you with good things. That is Allah, your Lord, then blessed be Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 64 He is the Living One. There is no Allah save Him. So pray unto Him, making religion pure for Him (only). Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds! 65 ۞ Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, I have been forbidden to worship those you call upon besides Allah once the clear proofs have come to me from my Lord, and I have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds." 66 It is He who created you from dust, then from a (sperm) drop, and then a (blood) clot. He then brings you forth as an infant, then you reach your strength, after which you come of age though some of you die before it and that you reach an appointed term, in order that you understand. 67 It is He who grants life and deals death; and when He wills a thing to be, He but says unto it, "Be" - and it is. 68
