The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 then raise sparks of fire (by their hoofs), 2 as they gallop to make raids at dawn, 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
