Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 It will be like molted brass which will boil in the bellies 45 like the boiling of burning despair. 46 (A voice will cry: "Seize ye him and drag him into the midst of the Blazing Fire! 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, and they will face each other: 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 By the munificence of your Lord; this is the great success. 57 We have now made it easy on your tongue, in order that they remember. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
