Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 is the food of the guilty, 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 (It will be said) "Seize him and drag him into the midst of blazing Fire, 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 (Saying): Taste! Lo! thou wast forsooth the mighty, the noble! 49 Indeed, this is what you used to dispute." 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 In Gardens and water-springs. 52 Attired in fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 Thus. And We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes. 54 While resting in security, they shall call for all kinds of fruit. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 As a Bounty from your Lord! That will be the supreme success! 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
