Surely the fruit of the Zaqqum tree 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 as boiling water bubbles. 46 “Seize him, and forcibly drag him right to the blazing fire.” 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 Taste it - thou who [on earth] hast considered thyself so mighty, so noble! 49 This is what you used to doubt.” 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 among gardens and fountains, 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 In it they will ask for all kinds of fruit, with safety. 55 They taste not death therein, save the first death. And He hath saved them from the doom of hell, 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Therefore wait (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) – they too are waiting. 59
