Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Verily, [in the life to come] the tree of deadly fruit 43 Will be the food of the sinners, 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 like boiling water. 46 (A voice will cry: "Seize ye him and drag him into the midst of the Blazing Fire! 47 Then pour above his head of the torment of the boiling water: 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 This is the very thing which you [deniers of the truth] were wont to call in question!" 50 Indeed, the righteous will be in a secure place; 51 Amidst gardens and springs. 52 dressed in silks and brocade, set face to face. 53 Just like that. We shall pair them with companions with large black eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They shall not taste therein of death, save the first death, And He shall guard them against the chastisement of Hell -- 56 God will protect them from the torment of hell as a favor from your Lord. (Muhammad), this is certainly the greatest triumph. 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 Wait thou then; verily they also are waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
