Surely the fruit of the Zaqqum tree 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 like molten lead will it boil in the belly, 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 "Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour! 49 This is what you doubted?" 50 The pious ones will be in a secure place 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 Attired in silk and brocade, they shall be arrayed face to face. 53 Even so; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris, 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 as an act of grace. That will be the supreme triumph. 57 We have made the Quran easy for you to recite so that perhaps they may take heed. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
