Surely the fruit of the Zaqqum tree 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 Like boiling oil, it will boil in the bellies, 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 (It will be said) "Seize him and drag him into the midst of blazing Fire, 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of boiling water, 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is certainly what you had denied." 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 Within gardens and springs, 52 clothed in fine silk and rich brocade, sitting face to face with one another. 53 Just like that. We shall pair them with companions with large black eyes. 54 They will call for every kind of fruit with satisfaction. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 A grace from your Lord; this is the great achievement. 57 We have made this Quran easy to understand, in your own language, so that they may take heed. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59
