We swear that We have created the human being and We know what his soul whispers to him. We are closer to him than even his jugular vein. 16 When the two receiving angels receive from him, one seated on the right and one on the left. 17 He uttereth no word but there is with him an observer ready. 18 And the stupor of death will come in truth; that is what you were trying to escape. 19 And the Horn shall be blown; that is the Day of Threat! 20 Each soul will come with a driver and a witness. 21 Assuredly thou wast in neglect thereof; now We have removed from off thee thy veil, so thy sight Today is piercing. 22 And his companions shall say: This is what is ready with me. 23 (The sentence will be:) "Throw, throw into Hell every contumacious Rejecter (of Allah)!- 24 who hinders good, exceeds the limits, is immersed in doubts, 25 Who setteth up another god along with Allah. Do ye twain hurl him to the dreadful doom. 26 ۞ His companion said: “I did not incite him to rebel; he was far gone into error of his own accord.” 27 Allah will say: wrangle not in My presence, and I had already proferred unto you the threat. 28 No word is to be exchanged in My presence. I am not unjust to My servants". 29
