Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By those that winnow with a winnowing 1 And (the clouds) that bear heavy weight of water; 2 and the smooth runners 3 And those [angels] apportioning [each] matter, 4 Verily, that which you are promised is true indeed, 5 And verily Judgment and Justice must indeed come to pass. 6 The heavens webbed-with-tracks is witness 7 surely you are deeply at variance [as to what to believe] -- 8 Turned aside therefrom (i.e. from Muhammad SAW and the Quran) is he who is turned aside (by the Decree and Preordainment of Allah). 9 They but destroy themselves, they who are given to guessing at what they cannot ascertain 10 Who are lost in deception. 11 They ask: “When will the Day of Judgement be?” 12 It will be on the day when they will be roasted in the fire. 13 (and be told): “Taste your ordeal! This is what you were seeking to hasten.” 14 Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and fountains. 15 taking whatsoever their Lord has given them; they were good-doers before that. 16 they would lie asleep during but a small part of the night, 17 and would pray for forgiveness from their innermost hearts; 18 and in their wealth there was a rightful share for him who would ask and for the destitute. 19 And on the earth are signs for those who have Faith with certainty, 20 And in yourselves. Then will you not see? 21 There is in the heavens your sustenance, and whatever has been promised you. 22 Then, by the Lord of heaven and earth, this is the very Truth, as much as the fact that ye can speak intelligently to each other. 23

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
