And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 Flee therefore unto Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Have they arrived at a common understanding concerning this? No; but they are a people given to transgression. 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60
