Have you considered he who turns his back, 33 And gave a little, then was grudging? 34 Does he have knowledge of the hidden, so he can foresee? 35 Did not the news reach him, of that which is mentioned in the Books of Moosa? 36 and about Abraham who fulfilled his duty (to God)? 37 that no bearer of burdens shall be made to bear another's burden; 38 and that man shall have nothing but what he has striven for, 39 And that his effort is going to be seen - 40 whereupon he shall be requited for it with the fullest requital; 41 To your Lord will all things eventually return. 42 That it is He Who granteth Laughter and Tears; 43 And that He it is Who causes death and gives life- 44 and that it is He who created pairs, the male and the female, 45 from an ejected drop of sperm; 46 and on Him depends the life hereafter. 47 And that it is He Who has given wealth and contentment? 48 that He is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that He destroyed the first [people of] 'Aad 50 And Thamud, and did not leave them, 51 And also the people of Nuh aforetime. Verily they were even greater wrong-doers and more contumacious. 52 just as He thrust into perdition those cities that were overthrown 53 So that they were covered over by what they were covered over. 54 About which of the bounties of your Lord can they persistently dispute? 55 This (Muhammad SAW) is a warner (Messenger) of the (series of) warners (Messengers) of old. 56 The (Judgment) ever approaching draws nigh: 57 No (soul) but Allah can lay it bare. 58 Do you then wonder at this recital (the Quran)? 59 And you laugh at it and weep not, 60 While you are indulging in varieties. 61 So make obeisance to Allah and serve (Him). ۩ 62
