The warnings came also to Pharaoh's folk. 41 They, too, rejected all Our signs. So We seized them with the seizure of One Mighty, Omnipotent. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those, or have ye some immunity in the scriptures? 43 Or do they say, "We are a united group, and we are bound to prevail?" 44 [Yet] the hosts [of those who deny the truth] shall be routed, and they shall turn their backs [in flight]! 45 Nay, but the Hour is their tryst, and the Hour is very calamitous and bitter. 46 Indeed the criminals are astray and insane. 47 On the Day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire, (it will be said to them): 'Taste the touch of the Scorching' 48 We have created everything in due measure; 49 And Our Commandment is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you; is there any that will remember? 51 And each and everything they have done is noted in (their) Records (of deeds). 52 everything large or small, is duly inscribed. 53 Indeed, the cautious shall live amid gardens and a river, 54 In an Assembly of Truth, in the Presence of a Sovereign Omnipotent. 55
God the Almighty always says the truth.
