Everyone on it must pass away. 26 Only the Supreme Essence of your Glorious and Gracious Lord will remain forever. 27 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 28 On Him depends all creatures in the heavens and on earth; [and] every day He manifests Himself in yet another [wondrous] way. 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 [ONE DAY] We shall take you to task, O you sin-laden two! 31 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 32 O the groups of jinns and men, if you can cross the boundaries of the heavens and the earth, then cross them; wherever you may go, His is the kingdom! 33 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 34 On you will be sent (O ye evil ones twain!) a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke): no defence will ye have: 35 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 36 And when the heaven is rent asunder, and then becomes red like red hide. 37 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 38 On that day neither man nor jinni will be questioned of his sin. 39 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 40 The culprits shall be known by their marks, and shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 42 This is Hell the sinners called a lie. 43 Going round between it and boiling water fierce. 44 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 45
