(And it was part of His scheme) when Allah said: 'O Jesus! I will recall you and raise you up to Me and will purify you (of the company) of those who disbelieve, and will set your followers above the unbelievers till the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me you shall return, and I will judge between you regarding what you differed. 55 I shall sternly punish the unbelievers in this life and in the life to come and no one will help them. 56 And as for those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah) and do righteous good deeds, Allah will pay them their reward in full. And Allah does not like the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers). 57 This (which) We recite unto thee is a revelation and a wise reminder. 58 Jesus in the sight of God is like Adam. He created him from dust; then said to him, "Be!" and he was. 59 (This is) the truth from your Lord, so be not of those who doubt. 60 But whoever disputes with you in this matter after what has come to you of knowledge, then say: Come let us call our sons and your sons and our women and your women and our near people and your near people, then let us be earnest in prayer, and pray for the curse of Allah on the liars. 61 This is the true story. There is no god but God, and assuredly God is the All-mighty, the All-wise. 62 And if they turn away (and do not accept these true proofs and evidences), then surely, Allah is All-Aware of those who do mischief. 63
