He told Jesus, "I will save you from your enemies, raise you to Myself, keep you clean from the association with the disbelievers, and give superiority to your followers over the unbelievers until the Day of Judgment. On that day you will all return to Me and I shall resolve your dispute. 55 As for those who disbelieved, I shall punish them with a terrible chastisement in this world and in the Next; and they shall find none to help them. 56 whereas unto those who attain to faith and do good works He will grant their reward in full: for God does not love evildoers." 57 This We recite to thee of signs and wise remembrance. 58 Jesus in the sight of God is like Adam. He created him from dust; then said to him, "Be!" and he was. 59 This is the truth from thy Lord, wherefore be thou not of those who dubitate. 60 Tell those who dispute this with you even after the knowledge that has reached you: "Come, let us gather our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves, and pray and solicit God to condemn those who lie." 61 Most surely this is the true explanation, and there is no god but Allah; and most surely Allah-- He is the Mighty, the Wise. 62 And if they turn their backs, truly Allah knows those who cause mischief. 63
