▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for one who fears to stand before his Lord, are two Gardens. 46 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 47 Containing all kinds (of trees and delights);- 48 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 49 In both of them, there are two springs flowing. 50 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 51 In [each of] these two will two kinds of every fruit be [found]. 52 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 53 Reclining upon couches lined with silk brocade, the fruit of both the gardens near to hand. 54 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 55 There will be bashful maidens untouched by mankind or jinn before. 56 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 57 (In beauty) they are like rubies and coral. 58 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 59 Can the reward of goodness be any other than goodness? 60 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 61 And beside these there shall be two Gardens. 62 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 63 dark green in color. 64 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 65 therein two fountains of gushing water -- 66 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 67 In both gardens there will be fruits, palm-trees, and pomegranates 68 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 69 In them will be fair (Companions), good, beautiful;- 70 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 71 Fair ones, close-guarded in pavilions - 72 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 73 untouched by jinn or mankind before. 74 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich carpets excellent. 76 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Honor! 78
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
