▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for one who fears to stand before his Lord, are two Gardens. 46 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 47 [two gardens] of many wondrous hues. 48 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 49 In [each of] these two [gardens] two springs will flow. 50 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 51 In them (both) will be every kind of fruit in pairs. 52 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 53 (They shall) recline on couches lined with brocade, and the fruits of the Gardens will be near at hand. 54 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 55 In them shall be those who restrained their eyes; before them neither man nor jinni shall have touched them. 56 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 57 As though they were rubies and pearls. 58 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 59 Is the reward for good [anything] but good? 60 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 61 And besides these two are two (other) gardens: 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 63 dark green in color. 64 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 65 In [each of] these two [gardens] will two springs gush forth. 66 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 67 therein fruits, and palm-trees, and pomegranates -- 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 In them are women of good behaviour and gorgeous faces. 70 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 71 with big, black and white beautiful eyes, dwelling in tents. 72 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 73 Whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 74 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 75 [In such a paradise will they dwell,] reclining upon meadows green and carpets rich in beauty. 76 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 77 Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. 78
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
