The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the Event (the resurrection) comes 1 There is, at its occurrence, no denial. 2 Abasing (one party), exalting (the other), 3 This will happen when the earth is shaken, shaken 4 and the mountains are totally shattered and crumble to pieces 5 So that they become dust seattered. 6 And ye shall be sorted out into three classes. 7 The people of the right hand - those whose books of records will be placed in their right hands. How happy they will be! 8 Those on the Left -- how unlucky are those on the Left! 9 Then the foremost, how pre-excellent, 10 They shall be near-stationed (to their Lord), 11 In the gardens of bliss. 12 A throng of the ancients, 13 but [only] a few of later times. 14 On studded thrones. 15 Reclining therein face to face. 16 Round about them shall go youths never altering in age, 17 with goblets and ewers, and a cup from a spring 18 that will neither make the head throb, nor intoxicate, 19 and such fruits as they shall choose, 20 And with flesh of fowls from that which they desire. 21 And wide eyed houris 22 The likenesses of pearls well-protected, 23 shall be their recompense for their deeds. 24 They will not hear therein any vain or sinful talk, 25 but only the saying: 'Peace, Peace' 26 As for the People on the Right, how fortunate shall be the people on the Right! 27 [They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed 28 And plantains laden with fruit. 29 and extended shade, 30 and flowing water 31 And fruit, abundant [and varied], 32 Whose season is not limited, and their supply will not be cut off, 33 And exalted thrones. 34 We have indeed developed these women with an excellent development. 35 And have made them virgins. 36 Lovers, friends, 37 For the sake of the companions of the right hand. 38

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
