The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the great event comes to pass, 1 no soul will deny its coming. 2 The event will be abasing some, and exalting some. 3 When the earth is violently shaken 4 and the mountains are shattered into [countless] shards, 5 they will become like dust scattered around. 6 And you (all) will be in three kinds (i.e. separate groups). 7 Then (as to) the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 8 And the People on the Left: and how miserable will be the People on the Left! 9 And those foremost [(in Islamic Faith of Monotheism and in performing righteous deeds) in the life of this world on the very first call for to embrace Islam,] will be foremost (in Paradise). 10 those are they brought near (to their Lord) 11 in the Gardens of Delight 12 A multitude of those (foremost) will be from the first generations (who embraced Islam). 13 but [only] a few of later times. 14 (They will be) on Thrones encrusted (with gold and precious stones), 15 Reclining therein face to face. 16 There will circulate among them young boys made eternal 17 with goblets, jugs and cups of crystal clear wine 18 by which their minds will not be clouded and which will not make them drunk; 19 And with fruits, any that they may select: 20 and with the flesh of any fowl that they may desire to eat; 21 and there shall be wide-eyed maidens, 22 like pearls preserved in their shells, 23 as reward for their deeds. 24 No empty talk will they hear there, nor any call to sin, 25 Only the saying, "Peace! Peace". 26 Those on the Right, how fortunate are those on the Right! 27 Among thorn-less lote-trees. 28 Bananatrees, piled 29 and shade extended, 30 and waters gushing, 31 and an abundance of fruits, 32 undiminished and never denied 33 And [upon] beds raised high. 34 and the noble maidens that We have created 35 and We made them spotless virgins, 36 loving companions, matching in age, 37 like of age for the Companions of the Right. 38

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
