۞ Then I swear by the setting of the stars, 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 In a Book kept hidden 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds! 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, – 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he is one of the People on the Right, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 This is indeed an utmost certainty. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
