۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 In a book that is protected 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Wherefore then - when the soul cometh up to the wind-pipe 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 96
