O you who have believed, let not your wealth and your children divert you from remembrance of Allah. And whoever does that - then those are the losers. 9 And spend on others out of what We have provided for you as sustenance, ere there come a time when death approaches any of you, and he then says, "O my Sustainer! If only Thou wouldst grant me a delay for a short while, so that I could give in charity and be among the righteous!" 10 And Allah does not respite a soul when its appointed term has come, and Allah is Aware of what you do. 11
