Al-Qalam 2 of 2
Lo! for those who keep from evil are gardens of bliss with their Lord. 34 Shall We then treat the (submitting) Muslims like the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists and disbelievers, etc.)? 35 What ails you? How ill you judge! 36 Or have ye a scripture wherein ye learn 37 #NAME? 38 Or have you taken a binding promise from Us which would hold till the Day of Judgement, that you will get whatever you demand? 39 Ask them: "Which of you is able to vouch for this?" 40 Or do they have associates? Then let them bring their associates, if they speak truly. 41 On the Day when the leg shall be bared, and they are ordered to prostrate themselves, they will be unable. 42 Lowered will be their eyes, disgrace overwhelming them. They had indeed been called to bow in homage when they were free of blame. 43 So leave Me, [O Muhammad], with [the matter of] whoever denies the Qur'an. We will progressively lead them [to punishment] from where they do not know. 44 And I bear with them; verily My contrivance is sure. 45 Or is it that you (O Muhammad SAW) ask them a wage, so that they are heavily burdened with debt? 46 Is the unseen within their grasp so that they write it down? 47 So be thou patient under the judgment of thy Lord, and be not as the Man of the Fish, when he called, choking inwardly. 48 Had not a Grace from his Lord reached him, he would indeed have been (left in the stomach of the fish, but We forgave him), so he was cast off on the naked shore, while he was to be blamed. 49 But his Lord chose him for His own and made him one of the righteous. 50 When the disbelievers listen to you reciting the Quran they almost try to destroy you with their piercing eyes. Then they say, "He is certainly insane". 51 While it is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 52
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
