Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
No! I swear by that you see 38 And that which you do not see. 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It is a revelation sent down by the Sustainer of the Universe: 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 and none of you could have saved him! 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 This is the Truth beyond any doubt. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
