Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
So I do call to witness what ye see, 38 and all that you do not see, 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that ye believe 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
