Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
So by oath of the things you see. 38 And that which you do not see. 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 This is the Revelation sent down from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 it is the indubitable truth. 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
