I do not need to swear by what you see 38 And all that ye see not 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe 41 Nor is it the speech of a soothsayer; how little do you ponder! 42 It is a Revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We would have caught hold of him by his right hand 45 then, We would surely have cut from him the aorta (vein) 46 and none of you could have saved him! 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.
