"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 “Enter them with peace, in safety.” 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Declare (O Muhammad SAW) unto My slaves, that truly, I am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most-Merciful. 49 And that My Torment is indeed the most painful torment. 50 Inform them about the matter of Abraham's guests. 51 When they entered upon him and said, "Peace." [Abraham] said, "Indeed, we are fearful of you." 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 "You bring me the good news now," he said, "when old age has come upon me. What good news are you giving me then?" 54 They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing. 55 Abraham said: "Who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except the misguided?" 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 "We have been sent," they said, "to (punish) a sinful people, 58 barring Lot's household, all of whom, behold, we shall save 59 except his wife who is doomed to be left behind." 60
