So I swear by what you see 38 And all that ye see not 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 And not one of you would have withheld us from punishing him. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
