What ails the unbelievers, running with outstretched necks 36 On the right hand and on the left, in sundry parties? 37 Does every man of them long to enter the Garden of Bliss? 38 No, that is not like that! Verily, We have created them out of that which they know! 39 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We are certainly able 40 to replace them with [people] better than they are; for there is nothing to prevent Us [from doing what We will]. 41 So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they meet their Day which they are promised. 42 the Day on which they will hastily come forth from their graves, as though they were hurrying on to the altars of their deities. 43 With lowered eyes, disgrace overcoming them; this is the day, which they had been promised. 44
