Say, "I call only upon my Lord and do not associate anyone else with Him." 20 Say: 'Surely I possess no power over you, either for hurt or for rectitude.' 21 Say, "Indeed, there will never protect me from Allah anyone [if I should disobey], nor will I find in other than Him a refuge. 22 Unless I convey from God and deliver His message." For those who disobey God and His Apostle is the fire of Hell, where they will abide for ever; 23 Until they see what they are promised, when they will understand who is weaker in aid and poorer in numbers. 24 Say: I do not know whether that with which you are threatened be nigh or whether my Lord will appoint for it a term: 25 [He is] Knower of the unseen, and He does not disclose His [knowledge of the] unseen to anyone 26 Except to him whom He chooses as an apostle; for surely He makes a guard to march before him and after him, 27 That He may know that they have indeed conveyed the messages of their Lord. He surroundeth all their doings, and He keepeth count of all things. 28
