Nay, by the Moon 32 And by oath of the night when it turns back. 33 And [by] the morning when it brightens, 34 surely it is one of the greatest things 35 As a warning unto men, 36 Unto him of you who will advance or hang back. 37 Every soul will be (held) in pledge for its deeds. 38 save the People of the Right Hand 39 In Gardens they will question 40 about the sinners. 41 "What has caused you to enter Hell?" 42 They will answer: "We were not among those who prayed; 43 nor did we feed the destitute. 44 “And used to dwell on evil matters with those who think evilly.” 45 and the Day of Judgment we were wont to call a lie 46 until there came to us the certainty. 47 The mediation of no mediators will avail them then. 48 What is the matter with people that they are turning away from this Exhortation, 49 As if they were affrighted asses, 50 fleeing before a lion? 51 Nay, but everyone of them desireth that he should be given open pages (from Allah). 52 No indeed; the truth is that they have no fear of the Hereafter. 53 There is no doubt that the Quran is a guide. 54 Let him then who heeds remember it. 55 But they will not benefit from it unless Allah Himself so wills. He is worthy to be feared; and He is worthy to forgive (those that fear Him). 56
God the Almighty always says the truth.
