Truly, it is We who have revealed to you the Quran, a gradual revelation. 23 Therefore stay patient upon your Lord’s command, and do not listen to any of the sinners or ingrates among them. 24 And remember the Name of your Lord every morning and afternoon [i.e. offering of the Morning (Fajr), Zuhr, and 'Asr prayers]. 25 and in the night prostrate to Him; and exalt Him for a long night. 26 Indeed, these [disbelievers] love the immediate and leave behind them a grave Day. 27 We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 But you will not unless God wills; surely God is ever All-knowing, All-wise. 30 He makes whom He pleases to enter into His mercy; and (as for) the unjust, He has prepared for them a painful chastisement. 31
