Surely We have sent down the Koran on thee, a sending down; 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 And, remember the Name of your Lord at the dawn and in the evening; 25 And during night, prostrate yourself to Him (i.e. the offering of Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers), and glorify Him a long night through (i.e. Tahajjud prayer). 26 Verily! These (disbelievers) love the present life of this world, and put behind them a heavy Day (that will be hard). 27 We created them and made firm their make, and when We please We will bring in their place the likes of them by a change. 28 This surely is a reminder: Therefore whosoever desires may take the way to his Lord. 29 And ye will not, unless Allah willeth. Verily Allah is ever Knowing, Wise. 30 He admits whom He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers - He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
